    Check eligible species, fishing waters, photo requirements and submission deadlines before you head out. Register first if the event requires it.

  2. Measure. Photograph. Submit.

    Use a measuring board and follow the event’s photo instructions. Add the photo, species and length in AINGLER.

  3. Follow the standings.

    Your catch is reviewed and routed to eligible tournaments. Check the leaderboard as the competition develops.

What is an ice fishing tournament app?

It brings catch submissions and tournament standings to your phone. With AINGLER, anglers submit catch photos and measurements, and directors have tools for judging and leaderboards. The event’s rules determine what counts.

Can I run my local ice fishing derby on AINGLER?

Talk with the AINGLER team about your derby’s format, species, scoring, schedule and photo requirements. We’ll help you confirm the setup and discuss whether you want to manage the event or use AINGLER’s tournament management service.

Do I need to join every tournament separately?

Qualifying catches are automatically entered into eligible free tournaments. For paid tournaments, register before you participate. Species, location, dates and all other event requirements still apply.

What if I don’t have a signal on the ice?

Save your catch offline and submit when you regain a connection. An offline capture doesn’t replace the event’s submission rules: check its deadline and leave time to reconnect.

What do I need for a catch submission?

Your phone, the AINGLER app and a measuring board. Read the event’s rules for the exact photo requirements and follow the in-app submission instructions. A clear, unobstructed photo makes the catch easier to review.

Is AINGLER free to download?

Yes. The app is free to download for iOS and Android. Tournament entry fees and in-app purchases may apply; review the details before registering or purchasing.
